Old but cheap

I really like the apartment complex. Very quiet, covered parking, outdoor pool, laundry room downstairs. It's a little old and run down but everything works fine. The best part is that it's one of the cheapest options I found for a one-bedroom, it's 10 minutes walk from Lake Lansing and bars, it's right down the street from Aldi, and there's an interurban running trail about five minutes away. There is a bus stop as well and is about a ten minute drive to campus.
