Good spot
I've lived alone in a few different places and this is one of the best I've found. It is an old building, but they've done a phenomenal job modernizing it. It is a very comfortable studio. The maintenance staff has been very responsive. I only dock a point for water soaking in the wall during rains that is ominously bulging out but maintenance said they could only help once it bursts and causes me property damage. I guess they were strict about requiring renter's insurance.
