Great for Couples with Pets, Close Commute, Relaxing Place to Come Home To

I would 10/10 recommend this apartment complex to someone moving to the area from out of town. I moved here with my fiancee and our dog from Massachusetts and ended up staying here for all three years of law school. The whole street has great apartments (Riverwalk, Lumina, The Birch, and Matson Mills). All are pretty comparable with some variation in pricing/amenities, etc. We have found it to be safe, close to transit, easy to drive from, and overall loved it. The scene in Conshohocken is amazing whether you like to go out, just do dinner with a few friends/your partner, or just walk around. I also enjoy being a bit separated from school. I didn't want to live somewhere that a bunch of other students live. I have seen a handful of other VLS students here, so it has been social but I don't need to see anyone if I don't want to. It has been a pleasant balance for sure. The only negative was that we had a maintenance issue from another unit affect ours that was through no fault of the other tenant or the management themselves. We just didn't exactly love how management handled our lack of access to a portion of our unit for a period of time. Even still, the pros greatly outweigh the cons and we decided to renew our lease even after that one situation.
