It's nice, has issues
the apartment building is very nice. The common areas are modern and clean. The rooms are small but it's not that bad. Study lounges on each floor. Lapis workers are always responding to messages via text. Any problem or concern I have, the problem gets resolves immediately over text.
The elevators seem to be always broken and take a while to get fixed. I've waited 5 minutes for an elevator once. I live on the 17th floor, so, taking the stairs isn't the preferred option. Paying 30+ a month just to park my car is too much. I don't get my own spot though. And guest parking is only until 7 pm. They tow. I didn't have window blinds for the first month, so, it would get so bright and hot in my room since I face the west side.
