Loud
The units are new but slightly overpriced for what they are, but overall nice. Management is helpful and considerate. The biggest issue is the noise. The walls are thin and floors are loud. Normal volume conversations are audible from the neighbors and footsteps from upstairs are constant. Definitely less than ideal after a long day of studying.
