River Hills Farm
Well kept and attractive new neighborhood off of Innovation Park Drive. Houses are in brand new condition with nice floor plans. The community is gated and feels very safe. The residents are a mix of families and college students. Probably as quiet a student-housing neighborhood can get in Baton Rouge. Only real downside is parking. There is very limited driveway space. Hosting gatherings may be inconvenient. The neighborhood can get very congested especially on home game weekends. Other than that, well worth the money.
