Good apartment at a great price with a 5 minute walk to the law school. Its not a luxury apartment with ameneties but I have had no problems. 1 bed 1 bath with a living room and kitchen. My rent has gone up a grand total of $30 a month in the last 3 years. No landlord problems, neighbors are all quiet. Parking is free, my electric is $50-$80 /month. Electric heat.

The place isn't luxurious, but the rent is cheap and the landlord leaves me alone. Super close to campus. No fuss.

Great Value!
The entire leasing process was very smooth and easy to do while
I was out of state. The apartments are small, but the interior has been very well-kept. It is walking distance to the law school, parking is never an issue, and maintenance is incredibly fast to get here with any issue!
