Does the Job

It's a nice apartment with TONS of space. It doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles and the unit definitely shows its age. A lot of the fixtures have been treated with "the landlord special." No in-unit laundry, and the building laundry is pretty inconveniently located. But, given the price, location, and space, it's a steal. The closet is also to die for! You could charge rent as a separate bedroom for a closet that big in NYC.
