Park Plaza Hancock

It's an old property, but good location in terms of distance to university, grocery, and public transport. Property management changed recently, a large realty group took it over and no longer have an office within the property. Generally responsive to maintenance requests. Rent is relatively low compared to other options in the same locale. Spacious floorplans and lots of storage
