Very Happy Here
I love living here. The apartment complex is close to downtown but still quiet. Not too large, and the people here are very friendly. Maintenance and staff is great as well.

Five Points Reviews

Covid has made everything pretty quiet but usually the neighborhood gives law students great parks and restaurants nearby—great for a 2L or 3L who has a bit of the hang of law school and needs some social interaction
Great area with a lot of history.
This is a lively neighborhood - there is always something social happening within a short walk. If you love baseball and Sunday Funday - this is your spot. If you want peace and quiet, look elsewhere.
