Great Quiet Place to Live

Management is great and super friendly! There are a ton of pet owners in the complex and there is a space outside that is designated for pets who live in the building to use. Parking is in a garage that is located in the building but is extra per month. The gym is small but has the essentials! There is also a conference room that has call-pods where you can take meetings in or study in with no outside noise.

Would choose to live here again in a heartbeat!

This place is in a great location! Near green, orange, and red lines so it's easy to go anywhere in Boston. There's even a silver line nearby too so going to the airport can be easy too. The apartment itself is very modern and there's plenty of windows for light. If you're looking for a premium apartment around Boston, this place should definitely be on your list!

Fantastic location and activities nearby

Originally decided on this apartment because of it's new and the apartments are on the larger side compared to other downtown apartments around the same price range. It also is very close to the red, orange and green lines. The apartment itself is also very new so all the appliances run as expected and I haven't had to ask the management to fix anything yet.

New, Great Location, Loving It!

Fantastic place to live in. The rooms are on the smaller side, but it's downtown Boston so you expect that. It's also pricey, but you also expect that from a luxury apartment. It's actually not loud at all at night and its location is terrific. It's close to many bus and subway stops (orange and red lines) and there's a ton of restaurants and entertainment options nearby. The Boston Common park is close by too.

Chinatown Reviews

Chinatown is beautiful and super fun to walk around/explore. At night however some streets can be a little shady.
There's a Chinatown grocery market nearby along with a movie theater, boston common, and easy access to the park street MBTA stop which makes it very easy to travel around Boston.
The food around us is great! I also love the environment because there is always something to do. We are also close to the red green and orange lines and we are also close to South Station which is great if you're wanting to take Amtrak one weekend for a getaway. The neighborhood is relatively safe and I have never had a problem walking by myself. Chinatown is also a 10 minute walk to New England Law so it is a great commute!
Chinatown has great cheap food. Sometimes it can feel unsafe at night, but during the day it feels ok. There is a big presence of med/dental students and employees of Tufts Medical center
I loved the location, but I did not really explore much of Chinatown.
Great food!
