Great location

Calvert Woodley Review

I like my apartment generally. It backs up to rock creek parkway which is very convenient for me as someone who likes to exercise. I can walk into adams morgan very easily. Woodley Park is a little too sleepy for my taste, but it is quiet and a good place for going on a walk, plus the presence of the metro nearby is handy.

Its aite, not too bad, not too great.

Experience so far has been great, staff is very nice. The building itself is outdated. If the building was updated it would make this place great. The location is great (right between Dupont and Admo) and there is a metro across the street. Wish there were some better restaurants near by.

I very much enjoy living where I do currently. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is very spacious, including big bedrooms and a nice common area. The Adams Morgan/Woodley park area is very safe, entertaining, and full of wonderful restaurants and tourist attractions. I am also very close to the metro, which makes my work commute very easy.

Calvert Woodley is a solid building just outside Adams Morgan and very close to the red line metro stop. The building itself has a rooftop and a small gym. The concierge/management office is generally accommodating to requests, but sometimes drag their feet on fulfilling requests which can be annoying. Overall, the building isn't the flashiest but it's a great location and has all the things most tenants need in an apartment.

This apartment is great for a young professional. Ideal location between DuPont Circle and Adams Morgan and only a block away from the Adams Morgan/ Natl zoo metro stop. Amenities are a little outdated, but friendly concierge, prompt maintenance service, and most utilities included make up for that.

Lots of windows provide great sunlight in the apartment. Hardwood floors throughout. Spacious three bedrooms and two bathrooms. While kitchen is updated, it's a galley and small - biggest complaint. Building has a small gym which could use updating but provides the basic necessities.

My roommates and I were very happy when we first moved in. However, we ran into many issues since then, the biggest being the HUGE increase in rent last year without proper warning. Since then we dealt with rude apartment employees and increased apartment problems. One of our air conditioners broke and that created problems with the floor due to the leaking. It made that bedroom and the living room unlivable for almost two months and ruined many of our personal items, yet we were not compensated for this or given any apology from the building.
