Awesome place to live - great location, reasonable prices, and friendly doormen.

We've lived in NYC and DC and this apartment in Philly is our favorite so far. We get such good value for our money, particularly given the location and the brand new gym. It is great having the utilities included because it makes budgeting easier. The doormen are all fantastic and super friendly. Our apartment is newly renovated - the carpeting, kitchen, counter tops, etc. - we are the first people to use anything in the apartment. Our only complaint is that the leasing office can be VERY slow in responding to emails, which can be quite frustrating. We will be very sad when we have to move out

Love the Claridge. Great building to live in during your two years at Wharton. There are tons of other students living here, the apartments were recently renovated, and you couldn't ask for a better location!

Fantastic Value for Money. Super Convenient. High Recommend.

This is an older building but they have done a ton of renovations to the apartments and the amenities space. Really nice lounge, gym, sauna and conference room. Great for events and meetings with classmates. The staff (doorman, concierge and mailroom) are all super nice and very helpful. The location is also pretty nice. I have really nice views of the park and the bus to school is right outside the door. Another great thing is they allow flexible leases so I was able to do a 10 month lease. It has been a pleasure living at the Claridge.

Couldn't have asked for a better place to live. The Claridge's staff are incredibly nice and really make the Claridge feel like home. The apartment has recently been upgraded so the gym is pretty great. The location is also fantastic

I have loved being located on the Rittenhouse Square park -- and I don't think you can beat this location. Tons of great restaurants and bars nearby, and I like that a grocery store is just two blocks away.

Rittenhouse Claridge has the advantage of being in a great location, and is a super convenient building, with 24x7 support staff in the building. CVS, restaurants, bus stops, are all nearby. The apartments are of a generous size and most apartment rents include utilities, which is a plus. On cons: in some apartments there is a slight ventilation problem, and the building is a bit old, so does not boast nice common areas like some of the newer buildings do.

The Claridge is in one of the best locations in center city --Rittenhouse Square outside your windows, bus stop right across the street, several grocery stores and dry cleaners within two blocks, & easy access to lots of restaurants and bars. The building itself is a bit older, but clean and spacious. We have a huge apartment (from our NYC point of views, anyway...) with a lot of windows/natural light and a ton of closet space. The one downside is that the kitchen/bathroom are smaller and a bit vintage-feeling (we have an unrenovated unit), but we do still have full-size appliances and all that, so I can't really complain for the price. There are a ton of Wharton students in the building too, which is great for ride-sharing when the weather is bad. I'd definitely live here again next year!
