Best apartment I've ever lived in!
While the rent is higher than in University City, the building is really great. I've never lived in an apartment before that I wasn't kind of excited to move out of. But this apartment is so comfortable and management does such a great job fixing anything that goes wrong that I'm really not looking forward to the day I have to leave.

Wonderful Place to Live in Philadelphia - Great finishings, Great Maintenance Staff, Good Residents, Business Center, and Full Gym
I love this building. Both the lobby and the apartment finishes are very nice. It is dog friendly as we have two dogs, but I have never been bothered by anyone else's pets (no noise issues, etc.). The people are very nice. The neighborhood is great - just outside of the main Rittenhouse madness, but easily walkable in two minutes. I love having a doorman both for security purposes and receiving packages. The maintenance staff are wonderful. The management team is pretty good, but we don't really need them for much. The rent is high, but we feel it is worth it. They also have a full gym in the basement which is usually pretty empty so it feels like your own personal gym.

Rittenhouse Square Reviews
Spruce Street in particular is great - it's a little south of the square, so is quieter/shielded from a lot of the traffic that the neighborhood gets, but it's not out of the way or far away. There's a Starbucks, a grocery store (Rittenhouse Market), and a few corner stores (Four Seasons and Food & Friends) within a 2-3 minute walk of my apartment.
