Great Building in the heart of Gramercy
Gramercy Place is a located in a great area. It is right next to a 24 hour grocery store and duane reade. There are lots of fun restaurants nearby. It is convenient to get all around the city, located right next to the 6 train and N/R is on the other side of the block. Quiet neighborhood vibe with a lot of options in the area. Only downside is the construction across the street that will be going on for the next 2 years

Gramercy Park Reviews
Safe area (next door to the Police Academy)
Pretty quiet neighborhood (3rd ave is not too noisy)
Close to actual Gramercy Park
1mi from campus
Many restaurants/bars close by, but not noisy on a Fri/Sat night
CONS
No do-it-yourself laundry nearby (wash and fold options close)
No actual access to Gramercy Park
Closest "large" grocery stores at Union Square (Trader Joes, Whole Foods)-not a problem per se, but expect them to be very crowded most of the time
