No Issues
We lived at Buena for years and had no issues. The location was convenient for us and reasonably priced for what we got. Small maintenance items were addressed quickly.

Love it
I have been here for over 2 years. I love the location and the building. so much to do in the area. nightlife, shopping, Walgreens, Aldi, jewel and the bus stops are everywhere and the Red Line is nearby. Not to mention the lake which is only blocks away in which I have a wonderful view of. laundry and gym are downstairs, and if I ever have a maintenance issue it is taken care of promptly, usually within 24 hours if not sooner. The staff is very professional. The building manager and head of maintenance is always there to help and fix anything as well. I always tell people how much I enjoy living here. and plan on staying for many more years. The building itself is kept very clean and inviting, so with that, I encourage you to check it out!

Group Fox Review
I was a resident of theirs for the past three years. They are very attentive to their residents needs, very quick to assist with any issues and also very kind and easy to work with. I hear that is not always the case when renting so that experience alone made for a hassle free and pleasant three years!
I also lived very close to this location and am a fan of the area. There is a lot to do- many restaurants and night life. It's easy to get around without a car and an up and coming neighborhood!

Decent place, but doesn't include much
Buena:The advertisement we saw for this apartment listed everything under amenities (laundry, gym, electric, gas, water, trash, sewage, etc.) so we were shocked when we had to pay for everything but the gym. Good location though, but a little pricey.

Building is fairly new, good condition. Consistent issues that are consistently fixed in a timely manner. Management is very understanding and helpful. Great place to live cheap but be near the city. Dislike the lack of options aside from comcast for Internet service and tv service.

Great value for the location
Buena Shores is an incredible value for the location and property. It's a very "no frills" building, but does the trick. Karen, the property manager is very friendly and overall pretty solid landlord. On-site laundry, good location, door man during nights and weekends, and a secure package room. Apartments are in good condition. What more could you want?

Poorly managed, needs renovation
This building is poorly managed. I've had roaches multiple times. I cannot wait to leave! The appliances are so old, and they only manage certain parts of the building to make it look presentable to prospective renters. This building desperately needs a renovation.

Good Value and View with Minimal Amenities
My husband and I were in another Group Fox building and moved to this building to save money on a deposit. The rent is VERY reasonable for the space we have, but I wish we had a balcony. The gym is small, and the space for grilling always has smokers.
