Irving Courts by Reside reviews and highlights
- amenities are poorly executed
- building offers fitness classes
- far from nearest grocery stores
- no insulation
Nice appeal
The apartment looks very nice, with a lot of new amenities. However, the amenities were poorly executed. The apartment was fully remodeled, yet we have major leaks, the appliances falling off the walls, and the heating doesn't work. The maintenance staff is always very quick to come fix problems. However ,the billing here is an issue. They will do a repair at a cost, but not invoice you the cost, and instead take it out of their rent system, and then charge you a late fee. After living here a year, I am unsure if it's best to stay or go. It really could be nice if they actually put together the apartment.

Would mostly recommend
Decent building that looks very well done but some of the renovations that have been done are cheap and fall apart over time. No insulation in the walls so the winter is very cold. Management company seems to care more about offering a lot of stuff (i.e. fitness classes) rather than improving current resident conditions. A little far from nearest large grocery stores but otherwise good location. Would mostly recommend.
