Cozy

The apartment isn't too crowded and all of the units have plenty of room. The gym and mezzanine are extremely useful and the staff are always ready to help or put on some kind of mixer or yoga. The actual units don't have central air but every room has a heater or air conditioning unit.

Great

It's a great apartment with an amazing Mezzanine floor where you can get work done and also work out. It's very beautiful there I even invited my family there for Thanksgiving. The only thing about the apartment is that they tend to charge you for anything they can.

chestnut place

The apartment lease is inexpensive for area. Apartment outdated. Kitchen is too small. Apartment has little storage. Many of the units are being remodeled. Lobby has lots of construction, and do not see it ending within the next 8 months to one year.

Amazing location, older building

AMAZING location right in the heart of gold coast. Such an affordable price for the location. Only because it's an older building with older appliances. However, they are updating the building and then the rent will become more expensive. I have the master bedroom so I love it, the second bedroom is smaller but still a decent size. I think it's unbeatable because of the location and price.
