Great place to live

Great door staff, great outdoor pool and amenities, gym is large enough, nice neighbors, parties during the holidays which are nice. Great location in the gold coast, quiet, mix of young professionals, young couples and older couples, some families.

Great value for the location and amenities (gym, dry cleaners in the building, outdoor patio and grill area, etc). The management team is also great- friendly, efficient, and occasionally puts together events for the residents. Some floors on the building are pet friendly.

Great location, nice management team - kitchens and bathrooms could be updated. Love having a Starbucks and gym on site. Also, love the floor to ceiling windows.

Had a great experience with this building. The doormen are great, management has been fine. Gym could use a makeover but it has a treadmill and some weights, which works. Rooftop was newly renovated and looks nice. I wish the bathrooms and kitchens were more updated, but overall I like the place.

I lived here for six years. Great location! I loved my apartment. I loved my south west view! I loved the door staff! I truly was really happy living at 1 east delaware! The rent went up every single year though and I couldnt justify paying more to live in the same apartment.

We've been living here for about 6 months now and are for the most part happy with everything. We would like a little more space for our dollar, but what we lack in space we make up for with location. It is so nice to be able to walk to work! The door and maintenance staff are all super friendly and helpful. Common areas are decent, the gym could use a face lift, as could the laundry room but they are good enough for the moment. We love our balcony and take advantage of the eateries around. All in all it's a nice place to live!

Doormen are fantastic. They are very friendly and helpful. Overpriced for apartment size and quality of amenities. Close to everything, including el and a number of buses. Raise the rent A LOT every year. There's a lot of construction in the neighborhood.

We have lived in our apartment for about 4 months and we cannot complain. The apartment is a good size, with a balcony and reasonable rent in this awesome area. The balcony is what sold us on the place, we love it. Management is awesome and are always there to help with something or answer any questions. The outdoor common area is great, we love the fire pit. The gym could use a face lift, but it has the basics and will work if needed. All in all this is a great place to live!

I love One East Delaware! I only moved in last month, but I have been very impressed with the management, maintenance, and amenities. Our apartment is perfectly sized for two people and a dog. Couldn't have asked for a better building! Definitely recommend.
