Terrible Complex
Living at Morningside Courts was actually the worst experience of my life. It was so bad that I ended my lease early. They told me that the apartment was renovated but it was literally held together with duct tape. The metal air vent fell from the ceiling onto my head, the walls were leaking, there was no insulation. Management was a nightmare. Good luck to you if you choose to live here.

Ideal location, some dated apartments
I have lived at this apartment complex for 3 years now and I love the location. My unit has not be renovated besides the new windows they have added, for the price I'm not complaining, The newer renovated units are very nice. Shops/stores are close by

Not the worst, not the best, decent
I really do not have any complaints against my apartment complex. I am on a tight budget and needed somewhere affordable, in a certain school district for my son, close to the interstate for my wife's job, and close to things for walking. This place is all of those things and meets my expectations. Is it old, yes, small, yes, do I wish there was more greenspace, yes, but I understand the compromises I made in the cost of rent and for the location. I will probably end up staying here a few more years, especially once the new Sprouts opens up and I can walk for my groceries.
