Great place to live!
Great floor plans and design. Good gym and common areas. On the more expensive side, but worth it!

Really convenient and amazing amenities
1919 Market is right on the Trolley and it takes me only 10 mins to get to work in the morning (the underground Trolley is a one min walk from my apartment and takes you right to the hospital). It also has a really great gym and a large roof with barbecues that we use once or twice a week. The kitchens are new with new appliances. We have a 1.5 bedroom, one bedroom and a den, which has been great because our den bedroom doesn't have windows so it's ideal for sleeping post-call or during the day. It's within walking distance of the hospital and also to downtown. It's on the same block as a Trader Joes and CVS, but I would say that the downside is that is has more of a busy street feel than a neighborhood. That being said, convenience-wise it's been amazing for residency.

Great Building
The rooftop is a great hosting space and it's cheap to rent. Right down the street from Trader Joes in one direction, and the Trolley Stop is on the corner of the other (so it's 15 minutes from my door to Huntsman in the morning). Rooms are modern, ample light, and if you face away from Market it's very very quiet.

Expensive but great apartment
1919 is a great property just north of Rittenhouse Square, with easy access to Center City. Amenities are top-notch, with a rooftop pool, outdoor grill area, club room, and outstanding gym with free classes. Steps from the trolley, it’s 12 minutes door to door to Wharton, and an easy walk too. It’s fertainly one of the pricier options, but the units are very new and well-appointed. Management team is good, albeit was a little unresponsive during the application process though we haven’t had issues after moving in. Would recommend!

Great amenities and building, but management is less than ideal
I really like the building - it's by far the best in Rittenhouse Square. It was just built in 2016, so everything feels new. I live in a longer studio, which is more than enough room and feels like a 1-bedroom. I will say that the property managers are slow to respond and signing my lease took almost two weeks, with my prodding. The concierge and the people at the front desk are incredible though.

Great Building, Mediocre Management
Since the building was built recently, it's in great condition. The maintenance requests are usually fulfilled quickly. The location is great. However, the management was not responsive during the process of trying to rent the apartment, and that experience has stuck with me. I imagine it will be challenging to talk with them if I wanted to renew my lease for next year. Overall, I think the value of the building is medium for the price.
