Nice place, but management could improve
Some of the amenities are not well maintained, indicating a bit of neglect or poor management. If on the Market St. side, you can hear a lot of sirens from the first station a block down the road and then driving up East on Market. My studio does not have a kitchen island, which makes spacing awkward.
Location can't be beat in terms of surrounding important locations: Starbucks, Wawa, CVS, Trader Joe's, liquor store all within 1 block.

It's OK
It's a great building but still overpriced for the size of the apartments and the amenities (which are nice but not worth for the rent)

1919 Market
Love the apartment. The individual units have lots of windows (all floor to ceiling). Doormen and women are fantastic. Facilities are first-class, there's a large resident lounge on the top floor with a pool table, fireplace, several large TVs, study space, a wine room, golf simulator. There's a large outdoor area with fire pits, Ping-Pong, grills, and an all season pool. Gym is great, rarely crowded, and has ample machines and weights to have a good workout. Only downside may be it's location along Market St which can get loud if on lower floors.

Awesome place to live
Excellent place to live. Beautiful amenities. Seriously, the nicest amenities of any apartment building I've ever been inside. Lots of Wharton students. Great management.

Great Building
You pay more for the benefit of living here, but the building is awesome, the location is really good (easy to and from university city), and not just slightly removed from the core of Rittenhouse.

Love 1919 Market
It's a fantastic place to live if it's in your budget. The floorplans are on the smaller end for the price point, but it's probably the nicest, most modern apartment building in Philadelphia and it's in an amazing location.

Great Building / Management
1919 Market is a new, high-end building that is great to live in. Fantastic floorplans and finishes; everything works as it should; and responsive, friendly management. Quiet building, don't hear the neighbors around you. Expansive common area, roofdeck, gym, and pool that facilitate meeting neighbors and social gatherings amongst friends.
