At least there were no bugs

PRO: Lived there for 1.5 years. Neighborhood is relatively safe for DC & it was pretty cheap for a 1BR while still being w/in walking distance to METRO.
CON: Landlord was awful, never fixed anything. Hallways looked and smelled like a retirement community.
