Landlord is very responsive and there is a great staff that takes care of any problems. This apartment is one of the most updated and kitchen is great.

The apartment is quite good and cozy. Comes furnished. Rent is cheap compared to other places, but is not as nice or brand new if that is what you're looking for. Overall it is pretty good, and has a very bearable 12 min walk from Ross.

Simply put, the accommodations are basic, clean, and fine, which is exactly what you should be getting at this price-point. The complex is almost entirely comprised of MBA students, the location is very convenient for Rossers, and the land-lord is very responsive and attentive. If you want a super swanky place, this isn't it, but if you want a good choice for a student budget, it's ideal.

We have had a great experience with the apartment thus far. Our kitchen was updated right before we moved in, the apartment has great space relative to the rent we pay and is in an area with a high concentration of Ross MBA's.

Well maintained

Pretty good apartment overall. Things work and the landlord is very responsive. It's a little old, a bit outdated and you have to pay for laundry (3 dollars). Overall happy and will living here again next year.

Great set of apartments where lots of MBA students live. Reasonably priced and good size

Landlord is generally responsive and helpful, but we have had persistent issues with our radiator making a ton of noise during the winter.

Great location (10-15 min walk to Ross and downtown, 5 min walk to stadium), lots of grad students live nearby, spacious and clean
