Great location - Not a great price
The maintenance in the apartment is very good, it comes furnished and it is in a great location. However, it is pretty expensive.

Good furnished apartments, but not great value for money
Great location. Arguably the best full-service apartment available within a walking distance from Michigan Ross. Very close to State Street and Main Street.
Go for a quiet floor (graduate students-only).
The gym is decent (not great) -- it's quite small.
The management is okay. Jim Adams at the main office is usually responsive. Keep in mind that he's a salesman.
For two years, this is a good option but it's not good value for money. The utilities are ridiculous. I was promised no more than $30 and ended up paying upwards of $115 a month.

Best location in Ann Arbor
As an MBA student I cannot imagine living anywhere else besides Zaragon West! When looking for a place to live I wanted something fully furnished, in-unit laundry, my own bathroom and a good location. Zaragon hits all these points and more. I can walk to school within 10 minutes (door-to-door) and career recruiting events downtown within 10 minutes as well. Almost all the business school social events are also located downtown which in the winter time is a huge bonus ( and less ubers)! I also appreciate that the management is quick to reply to fix any issues and that I don't have to worry about continuously following up with them. One thing that sets this apt building apart from others downtown is that they don't charge a fee to sublet your apartment (either for summer or if you are studying aboard) which is a huge bonus! Overall, it has been a great place to live for the last two years.

Great place to live
Highly recommend Zaragon West as it is close to the bars and relatively close to Ross (10 minute walk). In addition, the walls are concrete so you can have people over without disturbing your neighbors. Parking isn't great but you can get a spot at Maynard garage for ~$180/month. This is definitely an expensive unit but well worth the price when compared to other units (e.g. Varsity).

Zaragon West
Great management, pre furnished, gym, 10 minutes to Ross and downtown, a little pricey.
