Love It!
The one bedroom apartment I have at Vista del Campo is incredibly spacious and fully furnished. I love having a balcony where I can hang out. The items the apartment comes furnished with are in great condition. It's convenient having my own washer and dryer as well. Overall the entire community has exceeded my expectations!

Comfortable, but pricey
I got a fully-furnished single unit with a washer and dryer. All utilities are included and there's a roomy kitchen and walk-in closet. When I had initially moved in, there was a cockroach problem, but management took
care of it and I haven't dealt with any problems since. It is a bit pricier than what I was looking to pay, specially given that it's not that close to campus (I drive, and so do the other law students that live in this complex. It's a walkable distance to campus if you're not carrying anything, but doing it with law books makes it impossible). Also, most law students don't end up in this complex, there are a lot of undergraduate students and some graduate students from other programs.

Best Option
Pros:
1) Utilities and parking are included in the rent. For the graduate division it is on-site laundry. The rent is a lump sum.
2) A good place to live, very close to the campus and decent distance to grocery.
3) The apartment is fully furnished. Good sized room (spacious). There are many room plans to choose from and you can opt to have your own bath.
Cons:
1) Walls are paper thin. You can hear conversation from the living room, all the stuff. Moreover, annoying footsteps noise from the floor above. It's so bad if you would have a loud walking upstairs neighbor.
2) Hardy any cell phone reception.

Best. Housing. Ever.
Alright, I'm not going to lie. The price made me skeptical because I have never paid that much for a room in a relatively small apartment in my life. And for some weird reason they don't let you have candles. However, a few things sold me on this place.
The apartment comes with washers and dryers for graduate students. As a law student, saving every available minute for doing law stuff and doing non-law stuff (to, you know, maintain your sanity) is important. So being able to do my laundry in my apartment means I can relax here rather than be stuck at the laundromat.
Second, this complex's apartments are furnished (as opposed to some of the other private complexes that are still considered on-campus), so that was another part of my finances that I wouldn't have to worry about (the other being all of the utilities, since the complex pays them).
Third, since the complex is still considered on-campus, I can ride the shuttle to class everyday, which saves me a grip on parking permit prices on campus and gas getting to and from school.
As a side note, however, I also picked this complex because it's absolutely amazing to look at. It is lush with trees and plants, so just walking around is nice. The clubhouse (where the office is located) has a gym, amazing pool with comfortable lounge chairs, computer lab, pool tables, basketball court, free printing (for smaller projects), and 24-hour service (through the phone and, I believe, actually in the office).
In other words, live here.
