Pricey but worth it
The grand has been great in every way. It is expensive, especially if you like in a larger apartment or require parking, but it has been worth it for me. I have a large one bedroom apartment that has had no problems. When there has been any issue, getting repairs was easy. Though I have not used the pool or gym too much due to the pandemic, all of it is very nice. Not to mention it is a private and safe community with a red line I can see from my window and any shopping you need within a 10 minute drive. There are also plenty of restaurants and shopping options within walking distance.
