Cute little apartment
This apartment is amazing because it's one block away from the school that's why I picked it. The rent is high but it's all about location

Eh
It's cheap, and you get what you pay for. Old building, no amenities. If you have to pay $200-$300 more for a different 1 br (or a studio for the same price) that's closer to Rittenhouse, do it. Friends have way better places for the same price or less.

Great place to live
Awesome penthouse suite - would not live in any other part of the building.

Good value, great location
Certainly a "no frills" building. There is no gym or any other high end amenities. That said, the apartments are spacious and the building is in a great location. Prices are very reasonable and utilities are included in rent.

Rittenhouse Square Reviews
Spruce Street in particular is great - it's a little south of the square, so is quieter/shielded from a lot of the traffic that the neighborhood gets, but it's not out of the way or far away. There's a Starbucks, a grocery store (Rittenhouse Market), and a few corner stores (Four Seasons and Food & Friends) within a 2-3 minute walk of my apartment.
