- Great location and great experience overall
Amazing views and renovated interiors
The Savoy is a nice apartment building on the south side of Rittenhouse Square. It is a condo building so most units are owner occupied but there are a few are rentals that are worth looking at. The building isn't fancy but it has a 24-hr doorman and is well maintained. The location couldn't be better. My apartment is a large 1-bedroom that overlooks the park. It is relatively expansive but the views and the space are worth it. My unit is newly renovated with hardwood floors, a new bathroom, a good kitchen, and tons if closet space.
Amazing location right on the Square
Great location and good building management, but the apartments are old and haven't been renovated recently
Cheap with Decent Quality
Front desk does well, but it's difficult to get Allen Domb to get things fixed like air conditioning units, and one elevator was out of service for over a month. Building has few people in their 20s and 30s and is mostly retirees. But the rent is pretty cheap relative to other places.

Rittenhouse Square Reviews
Spruce Street in particular is great - it's a little south of the square, so is quieter/shielded from a lot of the traffic that the neighborhood gets, but it's not out of the way or far away. There's a Starbucks, a grocery store (Rittenhouse Market), and a few corner stores (Four Seasons and Food & Friends) within a 2-3 minute walk of my apartment.
