Manor at Buckhead

Nice place, definitely good for the price. A little further out, but easy access to the highway. Complex is older, but managed pretty well.

Manor

Beware: lots of flooding has occurred at the Manor. My apartment flooded from the ceiling and my friend's did as well. The parking situation is a bit stressful, but you really can't beat the location. Access to the apartment from both Roswell Road and Piedmont makes for an easy commute as well.

New management! Young crowd

The Manor recently got new management which comes with pros and cons. Parking can be a nightmare if you don't pay extra for a space, but the new management has enforced stricter towing rules for non-residents. The pool is fun if you're a young 20-something and want a frat party-like weekend pool party, it's very lively! The Manor is a little more expensive than some complexes around, but if you frequent the Buckhead bars, being able to walk there is awesome

The Manor

I have been here for 1.5 years. New management recently bought The Manor and they have added visitor parking inside the gate when there was already nowhere near enough spots for residents alone. Parking here is very, very frustrating. If I come home late on a weekday, I almost always have to park outside of the gate leaving my car in an unsafe area. They also increased the cost of permits that allow you to park under the buildings so they are just trying to make more money out of a frustrating situation. The main perk is the great location but I wouldn't live here again due to the parking situation for residents.

Good location and management

I have lived at the manor for the past year with my roommates and it is in a great location in buckhead- close to the bars and restaraunts. The management is really nice, the only issue we have really had is parking. They have opened up the lot to visitors and made it hard for people who live here to find a place. Other than that good experience

The area is very upscale. New Buckhead Atlanta deveolopmwnt with great restaurants and high end shops. Lots of renovation happening in the already great area. Plenty of bars, restaurants and music venues within walking distance.
Love being so close to so many great restaurants, gyms, grocery stores, and general green space. Only thing I don't love about Peachtree Hills is how expensive it is for the most part.
Good area, with plenty of grocery store options. Walkable during the day.
The neighborhood is really quiet but yet kid friendly. The area is safe and is not far from grocery stores. I cannot point out any cons because there isn't any.
West Midtown is a busy, up-and-coming part of Atlanta with elaborate restaurants, attractions and bars. Not to mention the convenient location! Amazing!
The neighborhood is close to lots of things. I like living close to Marta, which is convenient to my work. The con to that is that I live right next to the train, which causes some noise. I like living near Lenox Mall and Phipps Mall (the movie theater there is great!). Living near Brookhaven is also great. I love being so close to great restaurants.
It is very quiet because it is far away from Peachtree and all the other big streets. There is a little park right next to the square where you can go outside and which makes it even more quieter. It is also safe thanks to the security and the gates.
This is a very central location, just next to Peachtree Street. Shopping like Publix and Fresh Market are not too far away, there are a lot of restaurants nearby and it is still very quiet down at Bryson Square.
