It's fine
It's close to campus and clean. Maintenance were usually fine. It's also pretty loud, both into the street and between apartments. Very small.

not good
Have very thin walls, and you can even hear your neighbor coughing. Some of maintenance people were very unfriendly and would scold at you if you try to explain your problem. There are leaking issues when it rains heavily.

Great if you're looking for something close to the law school
Pros: About a 5 min walk to the law school, close to Collegetown restaurants, has a gym open to all residents, concierge desk that receives packages, decent amount of space.
Cons: Thin walls, there can often be loud noise from the street and from your neighbors, not much sunlight.

Good bang for buck
Pretty simple apartment, okay size for living alone, a tad expensive for what you’re getting (which does not include any amenities like a washer/dryer etc.). Clean and livable. Main appeal is the location - 2.5 minute walk from Law School. Probably the cheapest apartment this close. Great deal if you’re interested in being close and don’t care all too much about how nice the apartment.

Convenient apartment within 10 minute walk from Sage Hall
The apartment is in the heart of Collegetown and is surrounded by tons of different food options. It's a 10 minute walk to Sage Hall on a relatively flat hill and a 2 minute walk from the Breazzano Family Center, so very convenient and easy to get to classes. It is in a busy part of Collegetown so weekend nights can get loud but it's relatively quiet throughout the week. The building is a bit old but the furbished rooms have relatively new furniture. Management is very responsive when you have any maintenance issues. There are concierges who are super friendly and are there usually from morning to night. They will also pick up your package and keep it for you. No other fancy amenities, although there is a small gym on the first floor.

Fine
Really close to the law school and collegetown amenities. However very bad quality of the building. Probably the cheapest apartment closest to the law school.

CTC
The apartment is nothing extraordinary amenities-wise, but it's a decent place for the duration of law school.

Great Location
Great location for Johnson students, less than 5 min walk to Breazzano and about 10-15 min walk to Sage. Also close to the engineering quad. Very close to food and stores in Collegetown. Close (but pricy) parking options, but be sure to rent early if you have a car as spaces do sell out. Can be a bit loud on north/street side

Overall Pretty Solid
Overall its a good place to live. It is close to the engineering quad and to some of the dining halls which is nice. It is fairly well maintained. They could take out the trash more often and the hallways often smell bad, but the rooms are fine. I would get a room far away from the trash room to be safe.
