Great studio apt

Fantastic studio apartment in a great location. Modern apartment in a nice building with a doorkeeper. Landlord is extremely responsive.

Collegetown can be loud on Saturday nights when it is still warm outside but building itself is very quiet with thick walls. Rent is expensive but worth it.

Collegetown Center review

Excellent location relative to campus. Loud outside on the street but easy to shut it out. Proximity to Starbucks a lifesaver. Concierge ladies are gracious and extremely helpful.

Good property to rent

The apartment building is located in Collegetown, making it one of the closest residential properties to some of the buildings on campus, such as the Law School, Gannett Medical
Center, Cornell store etc.

Security is great, and the concierges are very friendly and helpful.

College Town Center, So Close to the Law School

The main draw of the College Town Center Apartment is its location, less than a 5 min walk from the Law School. The building itself is fine, relatively modern, being constructed in the late 90's. Room's come furnished and if you renew your lease you get free internet for the following year. It's nice to have concierge service (Betsy and Yana), including onsite dry-cleaning drop-off/pick-up.

Overall it is a very good quality place at a price that's too be expected for such a short commute. There are other places of similar proximity that are newer and more luxurious, but they are very expensive (you have to pay through the nose for that level of opulence), and you can find similar quality apartments to college town center for slightly less, if you're willing to significantly increase your commute time, but then you're going to have to walk uphill.

Parking, both covered and uncovered, is available onsite for an additional fee.

For me College Town Center falls perfectly in the Goldilocks zone, and it may just be the right choice for you as well.

College town Center

Location, location, location! That's the best feature here. Everything else is standard but good enough. There's nothing wrong, nothing over the top extraordinary, but the location is incredible.

Priced for location

Location is perfect for law students or Johnson students. Comes pre-furnished with dormesque furniture. Stunning view, renting company is easy to work with. Maintenance is good and come to repair things quickly. The "gym" leaves much to be desired (2 treadmills, and elliptical, and some weights). Somewhat pricey for what you get but location couldn't be better. Concierge takes packages and sends clothes for dry cleaning and greets everyone personally, they do a good job of making sure people live in the building before letting them in. Feels safe.
