Apartment is generally nice. I like the location (if you look on google maps and see the frat just know that it is on probation so it will not be loud for the next couple years). You can definitely feel how old the apartment is for good and bad. The elevator has constantly been broken. Appliances are really nice, vaulted ceilings, and generally spacious.

Very big apartment, gas stoves are a plus, and the property portal and management are good. The building is clearly aged and the apartment feels old as well. If time is spent cleaning and maintaining it, you'll be happy. Dont get apartment 15 though, its directly above the boiler room.

The apartments have plenty of natural lighting and because it's a grad-student only building, the noise levels are minimal. It is a short walk to school, and the Rt. 10 stop at Boldt Hall is about a minute's walk away. The management is responsive and helpful. The only complaint I have about the building is that the elevators are rickety and stop working often.

This apartment is next to west campus dorms. I love the location because it takes me 10 minutes to walk to law school (across the campus, pretty safe). The apartment is spacious, fully furnished and pets are allowed. The price is affordable. I highly recommend it.
The only concern I have is that the apartment is very old and the maintenance is not super responsive.

The building is almost 100 years old, so there is obviously some wear and tear to the property. However, CSP does a good job of fixing issues and understanding that the building is older and certain issues will arise. One big improvement this fall was they installed security cameras after residents reported missing packages and other security concerns.
