Car is needed
I very much like my apartment, especially because mine is a newly renovated apartment with all new appliances and fixtures. The apartment is very large with a functional kitchen, plenty of storage space, and lots of windows with natural sunlight. The area is very quiet because it is a standalone complex across from the highschool. The only cons are that the walls are very thin, the front door does not lock (by design), and it's not feasible to live here unless you have a car. Management is very quick to come and fix issues, but they are slow to respond to pest problems.
