Pros: gym, pool, trash valet, pretty quiet I hear people in the halls sometimes but I never hear people above me
Cons: laundry but they’re working on installing in unit so looking forward to that.
On top of rent they make you get renters insurance ($16) and parking is like $40 surface or $100 garage so be aware of that. Overall great place to live but I don’t wanna give them too high of a rating bc I don’t want them to raise rent lol

Amazing. Around 16 minute bus ride from health campus and Cleveland clinic. Bus stop is right in front of the apartment. Apartment is furnished and in good condition. Management team is very responsive. Overall very satisfied.

The rental is good and not that far from school.

It's a very old building. Cracks in the walls/ceilings/floors etc. Windows are awful and the wind literally comes right through them. Kitchen is outdated. Other than that, everything here is fine.

It’s been a good experience over the past 1.5 years. Since the Montlack realty office is just downstairs it’s easier to get issues resolved. Lot of Indians around, makes you feel less homesick.

Bad for:

1. Roaches, mice, insects everywhere in the unit.

2. Literally no heat in winter

3. Rude office management. They will find excuses to take your deposit for no reasons.

4. Mailed packages get lost.

Not only do residence put stuff in the hallways (fire hazard) but there're way too many cockroaches, ants, etc. Management doesn't do anything and Amazon packages get stolen all the time. In addition, they do not turn up the heat during winter. I had to call and make official complaints to the housing department. I would never recommend this place.

Apartment itself is nice, well maintained. Management is typically quick to respond with maintenance fixes.

Overall, it's a solid apartment for a great price.

Fairhill Towers is about a mile away from campus and takes about 15-20 min walk or a 10 min bus ride. Overall, it's a great location.
