Great for dog owners!
I have had a great experience at Gables Sheridan. The management is responsive, and available whenever I have an issue. They recently added a dog park, so it's nice having the amenity close and living near people that are dog friendly. The apartment complex is quiet, and feels safe.

One of my favorite apartments
As a graduate student, I've moved around quite a bit during my time in school. Gables Sheridan is one of my favorite apartment complexes I've lived in -- its very quiet, feels safe, the staff is pretty attentive, and the amenities are nice. Any time I run into a problem or needed maintenance work, the staff is super friendly and helpful. The only downside is the location- you cannot really walk to nightlife, so prepare yourself for a large monthly uber bill.

Gables Sheridan
This complex is beautiful, new and in a great location. Everything was recently re-painted even though it didn't even need it in my opinion. The location is perfect with access to 85 being so close and the complex i geographically in the middle between Buckhead and Virginia Highlands. We've looked at apartments in the Buckhead area and we keep resigning here. The prices are similar to those Buckhead apartments but you won't get the stainless steel and energy efficient appliances. Not to mention the granite counter tops and washer/dryer setup which is included. The pool area is beautiful and has two grills. For safety, residents need a clicker to get both in and out of the complex and the parking garages. The rent does increase each year but that is the same story everywhere. I have and I will keep recommending Gables Sheridan to future residents.

Gables Sheridan
I am really glad I have lived here for three years and it is constantly making the decision to buy a house harder and harder. The location in the middle of the city is so nice. I work in Midtown and it is only 5 miles away. My husband works by Perimeter Mall and it doesn't take him long at all to get there as well. Access to 85 is right around the corner and the new 400 northbound ramp is very convenient for this area. Briarcliff and La Vista has everything you need as far as shopping. Target, Starbucks, restaurants, Krogers and Publixs are all very close to our residence. I do recommend living at Gables Sheridan, especially if you like a safe complex with awesome appliances and new everything!

North Druid Hills Reviews
Golden Drop Cafe--which has outdoor seating incase the pandemic is still uncontrolled when you read this--is just 3 min. down the road. Mason Mill Park, which has tennis courts, a pavillion, and walking trails, is also very near.
