Greenehouse
I live alone with my cat in a 2 bed, 2 bath and really enjoy it. High ceilings, original wood floors. The building has an elevator, tiny gym in the basement (I work out with my own equipment though in my unit), and roof deck area. Very convenient to walk to the school building. The building does not have parking, but I have a monthly spot at the Marriott garage across the street for $180/month, which for downtown is a decent rate. Management’s speed in responding to your requests depends on how willing you are to be persistent and get in their face (literally, when there is someone in the front office area). The area around the school generally is kind of a dead zone for stores, restaurants, and other entertainment, including grocery stores, so I usually end up going to Fed Hill, Harbor East, Canton, Hampden, etc for groceries and things to do.

Bang for your buck
New York loft style apartments. Very close to campus. Other residents are working or students. A little noisy at night and no front desk service. Maintenance comes after a while as well.

The Greenehouse Review
It has a rustic ambience with high ceilings, tall windows, and brick walls. It has opportunities for nice views and spacious open floorplans. There is a gym in the basement with 2 treadmills, a bike, an elliptical, a rowing machine, and a number of weights and machines. There is a rooftop deck with ample furniture and beautiful views of the hospital/medical campus (north) and south Baltimore (Camden Yards and M&T Bank Stadium in the south). There is no dedicated parking lot, so you must find another lot/garage to park in (I park at the Marriott for $170/mo which is about market rate around here, or you can park for free in the UMMC garage on Pratt street with your pass if your residency program offers free parking). There are additional fees on top of rent for electric/gas, cable/internet (Xfinity), and water (~40/mo). Management is responsive to maintenance issues. Many renters here have pets. It is invaluable living 1 block from the hospital when you're working residency hours, and several residents live here.

Greenehouse
Affordable rent with location less than a block from the hospital with the option to park in the hospital garage (Pratt street garage). Fast response With repairs too. The apartment does not have attached garage, but i was able to park in the hospital garage without any difficulty. Access to indoor Dog park and roof with great views! Super high ceilings with lots of space. hasthin walls but otherwise lived there for two years and loved it

Greenhouse review
I’ve had a great time living at the apartment and the proximity to the hospital and clinic is awesome. I must say, the walls are on the thinner side and you can hear when neighbors argue or have a loud party. Down side is that there’s not a garage attached and you’ll either have to use umms parking or the other hotel parking around. It has floor length windows in the living room which light up the entire apartment.

Great Location and Price
This is the first place I've lived in Baltimore and so far I really like it. Pros: great location and feels safe, good price for what you get, cute apartment styles including brick walls, wood floors and new amenities, and overall management is pretty responsive. Cons: shared washer and dryers, utilities not included, and thin walls between apts. Overall I like it here and will probably resign my lease next year!

Awesome Kitchen
The apartments at the Greenehouse have the most beautiful kitchens compared to any nearby apartments. These apartments are more ideal for a couple since none of the 2 bedroom apartments have two bedrooms with complete walls. My bedroom had complete closure, but my roommate's room had a giant opening into the living room/kitchen which became problematic for their privacy. I wish the apartments had in unit washer/dryers. The washer/dryers are on the 1st and 5th floors. The hardwood floors are beautiful, but you can hear your upstairs neighbor walk across a room in shoes very easily. Packages are put into a closet with a code, which feels mostly secure, but any bad intentioned neighbor could possibly take your packages. The apartments themselves are beautiful and worth considering.

Absolutely Beautiful
The Greenehouse Apartments are beautiful apartments with hardwood floors, great kitchens, and exposed brick walls located a few blocks from Camden yards! The staff are friendly and helpful and are very quick to answer any questions or concerns that a tenant may have. The rooftop lounging area is also a very nice place to sit and enjoy the fresh air either alone or with friends.

Safe and close to everything!!
The Greenehouse is a great apartment building. The rooftop deck has a sweet view of camden yards and the city. The in-building gym is awesome. Building is walking distance to Camden Yards, Inner Harbor, and UMB schools. Very safe location. The apartments are gorgeous with exposed brick, high ceilings, and granite counters.
