Good value, but definitely could use an update

The apartments in Elm Street Plaza have not been renovated in many years and that is clear from the kitchens and bathrooms. However, for the price and the location, the building was a great value. Glad to have lived in this apartment for my first year in the city

Amazing location

Great location! The building itself is pretty nice as well. Apartment is spacious and bright, elevators are fast, and door men/women are nice. Management is pretty responsive when needed. The pool is a nice amenity but since it is on the ground level it can be quite shaded. The gym was newly renovated and pretty nice for a building gym. Neighbors are nice but people generally keep to themselves.

Love Elm Street Plaza

I've been living in the apartment for 2 months and absolutely LOVE it! The location doesn't get any better - right by Michigan Ave, the lake & amazing restaurants! There are many large windows in the unit which is really nice. Luckily, I have quiet neighbors so I haven't had any issues with noise complaints.
