Great option when in person or not
Extremely close to McColl (classes) so you can walk when we are normally in person (this means no carpooling woohoo!). Even when not having all of campus and Franklin Street walking distance is great. Parking is convenient and affordable. Everything is included. Under normal circumstances you can use the various campus gyms. Great close-knit community of fellow MBA students in the complex.

Best value
Baity Hill is a great value and perfect for first year MBA students because it is so close to campus, which is especially convenient during recruiting season. Also, you don't need to worry about setting up any additional utility accounts. The staff is friendly and responsive.

A great option if you want to live near school
Rent is relatively low; residents are all UNC students so people are nice; not very convenient for laundry and trash removal.

Pretty good
I enjoy living close to school and being able to walk to class. The area is great for students who usually want to opt into the fun party scene and still be able to focus on work when needed.

Wonderful Value, Amazing Location
The apartments are super close to Kenan-Flagler. Rent includes all amenities. Parking is extra. Free shuttle to Franklin. Apartments are reasonable size. Somewhat ugly. Overall can’t be beat for the price!

Simply but clean and nice
I love my apartment. It has big windows, and it is not dirty or too old. It is very spacious, and all the utilities are included (which makes bill paying very straight forward). It is conveniently located next to the Kenan-Flagler Business School (4min bike ride or a 10 min walk).

Convenient and reasonably priced
Baity Hill is located right next to Kenan-Flagler, making it really easy to walk to and from class. The apartments are roomy with great facilities, all at a very competitive rent.
Franklin Street is about 20 minutes away by bike and there's a daily shuttle service (except on Sundays) that runs every evening, so you can get around even without a car. And there are lots of KF students around to socialize with!

Baity Hill Reviews
Some of them are noisy sometimes, but basically, I am not bothered so much.
