Best Place

100 W. Chestnut is a beautiful place to live, with a lot of places to eat/shop just right next door. You have to come and visit for yourself to see the beauty around and know that you're in a safe neighborhood. Highly recommend this building anytime

Chestnut Review

Great place to live, the location is perfect, especially if you work in the loop area. Clean building with friendly neighbors! You won't have a boring time living here at all, and if you have a dog it's better! Moody Bible Institute right there too!

100 W Chestnut St

So far a great place to live! Close to both the brown line and the red line so it is very convenient to downtown. Nice gym and indoor pool in the building along with a laundry room that is card operated. Doorman is 24 hours a day; 7 days a week. Safe area.

100 W is a great place to live

Great location and value for the area. I've lived here for 1.5 years and remain very happy. It's great that it's a pet friendly building and the floors don't have an insane amount of units so it feels pretty private. I love the monthly grab and go breakfast. One thing I really wish the building had was communal grills.
