Good for the price
Don’t expect luxury, but it is a budget friendly apartment with all the amenities that you need.

Depending on the unit you’ll have a better or worst experience. It how have one of the refurbished apartments, you’ll notice the difference. If you get one of the non-refurbished apartments you’ll get to notice how old and deteriorated the building is, specially when compared to other buildings were Boothies typically live (e.g Mila, 73 East). That being said, price wise is definitely a good deal ñ.

Exactly what you expect but in a good way
It's a good place full of Boothies. There is a lot of socializing going on. The rent is reasonable and the place is comfortable, but not fancy. It's exactly what I was looking for and expecting as an MBA student. Probably would not live here if I had kids though.

Great experience so far!
MPP is great. For its location, the rent is reasonably priced. It is also a plus for those who would like to enjoy the social life while at Booth, especially the pre-games on Thursday nights.

Welcome to the Booth Community!
MPP is a classic downtown apartment building where a majority of Booth Students live. I chose to live here for the convenience - it's easy to meet upstairs in the study rooms for group projects, pop by a friend's unit for dinner or drinks, and walk right across the street to hop on the train to Hyde Park. The living and kitchen space square footage in the 3-bedroom is also great.

MPP is great
MPP is the best value for money apartment building. Most people live here so it's very easy to hang out with people. It's a slightly older building but for the price, definitely worth it.

Hub for Student Life
If you are looking to be close to other Boothies and connect with your fellow students, MPP is the place for you! You will bump into your classmates in the elevator, the gym, or just walking around. The price reflects some of the missing amenities but living on Michigan Ave for less than $2,000 is hard to give up!

Good option for the price
I'm happy with my decision to get extra space at MPP vs going for a smaller option in a fancier building for the same price. Try to get an apartment not facing Michigan Ave, I've heard that those are very noisy (mine is not).

The Loop Reviews
Very close to the lake and navy pier
Great park surrounded by all the buildings.
There’s good supermarket that has everything. A couple restaurants and coffee shops are also there.
That being said, if you're anywhere near State St. or the Mag mile, there's pretty much people around at any given hour. It's fun to live downtown because the streets are bustling with interesting people, sometimes there's live music on street corners and there are a lot of restaurants and shops.
