Great Apartment
Apartment is really spacious and pretty affordable for being centrally located. The building responds really quickly to any work orders.

Love it!
Great location filled with lots of other Boothies! The only downside is no in-unit washer. Coming from NYC, it's definitely one of the best apartments I've lived in and the management is super nice and responsive. It's an older building but I haven't had any issues with anything not working. Anytime I've submitted a maintenance request it's been solved same day.
Everyone who works in the building is also really nice - one time we set the fire alarm off and maintenance came up to make sure we were ok. There's a package room with attendants so I'm never worried about packages getting lost or stolen.
My apartment has a south facing living room which means it does get pretty warm but the AC works well.

Good apartment on a student budget
Go ahead with MPP blindly if you're a boothie and are not too picky about in house laundry.

The Loop Reviews
Very close to the lake and navy pier
Great park surrounded by all the buildings.
There’s good supermarket that has everything. A couple restaurants and coffee shops are also there.
That being said, if you're anywhere near State St. or the Mag mile, there's pretty much people around at any given hour. It's fun to live downtown because the streets are bustling with interesting people, sometimes there's live music on street corners and there are a lot of restaurants and shops.
