Great Wharton community
This is the epicenter of Wharton. If you hate FOMO (which you will), live here.
Actual building is ok, management a bit dishonest, but apartment is nice and again, FOMO sucks.

Really nice place
Nice amenities, good maintenance, very new.
Good location.
Convenient because lots of Wharton students live here.
Outdoor patio with grills is awesome when the weather is nice.
The floor to ceiling windows offer nice views but it gets VERY bright in the morning.
Studio is fine for a couple but the closet space is definitely a bit tight.

Beautiful apartments and a great way to meet other students
My experience in 2116 has been great. I have a studio apartment that is surprisingly spacious (especially the kitchen) and has nice views with the floor to ceiling windows.
The gym is nice, clean, and provides the basic cardio equipment (treadmills, bikes, elliptical, etc) and enough strength equipment to get by.
The common space on the 5th floor is a popular gathering place for Wharton students and is both spacious and stylish.
My favorite part is that by being in such a popular building, you get to meet other students that you may not have stumbled upon otherwise.
The only drawback is the cost, but if you can afford it then I'd highly recommend the building.

Convenient
Lots of Wharton students which makes it super convenient (especially if you’re a girl). On the pricier end.

Great Studios
I live in a studio and love the layout. The L-shape lets you have a nook for your bed away from the kitchen. The kitchen is quite spacious, especially for a studio. The amenities in the building are also very nice. If you're looking for a spacious studio, this is the place; otherwise there are better value apartments in the same neighborhood.

Love 2116
Can not emphasize enough how happy I am that I chose to live here. The apartments are beautiful, property management is responsive, and so many other students live in the building. My only complaint is that Greystar takes advantage of students because they don’t allow you to sign a 2 year lease then try to charge insane rent hikes when you renew because they know you won’t leave.

Great apartment and amenities
I really like my apartment and the amenities of the building. Staff is always very very nice. Whenever something breaks down I submit a maintenance request and Jose takes care of it within a day or so. The management office did somewhat disappear when I signed my lease and I had a few additional questions, but that is the only but I have. Also, 2116 tends to be the central location for Wharton gatherings.

Fitler Square Reviews
That being said I did notice that most students lived on the side of the school!
There are residents without housing in the neighborhood. They're good people and new residents should be respectful of them and their belongings.
