The best on 9th St.
Definitely the best mgmt. team, cleanest facilities/ apartments, and most cost-efficient option out of comparable buildings on 9th St.! So happy I chose to live at 810.

Great Building & Community, Relatively Expensive, Zero Cell Reception
It's great. Nice neighbors, respectful and quiet in common areas, clean building with new finishes, nice pool (that probably isn't used enough). Like every college market, it's expensive. Not compared to the city I used to live in, but for this area it's pricey. Important to know: this building (the whole block) has almost zero cell reception. Make sure you can make/take phone calls and text messages over WiFi. Other than that, it's a solid place to live and I plan to be here until I graduate with no intention of even looking elsewhere.

Expensive but good
Its not too noisy being slightly away from B/S9 - but close enough when I want to go over there.
Prices keep going up which is annoying.

Good Ninth Street Apartment
This could be the best apartment in the Ninth Street area!

Great spot
Great location to live in Durham - slightly further away from the medical campus to provide some needed separation but with easy access to the hospital and school via a Duke bus (comes every 12 minutes) and bike. Very pet friendly - tons of cute dogs around
