This apartment is adequate. The building is nothing to look at, but the location is very convenient. 5 min walk south of law quad. Covered parking and heat are included which is a huge perk. The management company is nice, but can be slow to fix things and take responsibility. We had to wait 2 days for them to clear snow which then became ice which was not ideal, and it took them over a month to fix something they said would be fixed before we moved in. That being said, they do fix things, just not in as timely a manner as you might like. The convenient location is really nice, and that makes up for the management company being kind of eh. Also, this building is in a very undergrad heavy area and it is LOUD on many a weeknight. Seriously something to consider.

Overall I would say I’m happy with the apartment. It is so close to the law school and the management team is really responsive. Some downsides include lack of central air (though there is a window unit in the livint room), paid laundry, and sometimes the apartment gets too hot.

I love this apartment. It is a five minute walk to the law school. Varsity Management is an incredible group of women landlords who love the students they rent to. It feels like a family! Highly recommend anything by Varsity Management.

2 mins walk from Ross, extremely convenient.

Nice apartment. Can be a little noisy at times, but super convenient across the board.
