Very convenient location but not kept up well. Maintenance takes a really long time to solve issues, even urgent ones

Very easy to get the contract sorted and everything is included. There’s a maintenance department for all problems and a front desk.

Studio apartment is pretty spacious and the apartment I am in has double heighted bay window, but that varies quite a lot between apartments. I’m on the 8th floor so nice view and no one can see in, but again that varies. It can be a bit noisy when window is open.

Limited control over temperature, just turning the thermostat up or down.

Facilities are all functional, if a little basic. Laundry is one room per building.

To be honest there really isn't much to complain about when it comes to Weyburn, your 30 mins from the law school right by Westwood, you can walk every where. The community is nice, a bunch of law students live here. Its also a plus if you get a non-law student roommate to expand your social circle. The management is good, even prorating rent for days the gas was out. Honestly not much to complain about, its just about LA prices, only down side is the 333$ a quarter for parking.

The living space is fine for a grad student, especially one who comes to LA from out of state and does not know if they will be staying in California after graduation. The apartment comes furnished and utilities are included so that's one less headache per month. It's also within walking distance of the gym, Target, and Ralph's. However, I have had extreme wait times for maintenance issues that I thought would be a priority, and I struggle to find the space to put things away because the in-room storage is minimal.

You have to pay 300+ dollars extra for a parking space and you are still too far from campus so you have to take a bus.
The elevator is SO SLOW. Looks very nice from the outside, but you can really see how old it is because of its inside.

Easy walk to the law school or bus station. Floorplans are a bit small but manageable, and it is nice that they are furnished apartments.

Very convenient! 30 Minute walk to the law school or a 5 minute bus ride. Great price for an LA apartment and maintenance is always very responsive. Buildings are on the older side, but everything works. Definitely will be staying here all 3 years.
