Pretty nice, a little small at times for a couple and sometimes maintenance is slower than I would like but overall very convenient and probably the best price for westwood to not have roommates.

Overall, living here is very convenient for school (the bus stop is just outside and it's about a 20-25 minute walk) and it is a good price compared to other apartments in the area. However, the rooms are very small, and there is very little storage in the rooms. Further, the laundry room is often very dirty, many machines are often out of order, and each load costs $2.75 (washer and dryer combined). This is obviously not ideal. Additionally, living here feels pretty isolated. There is not much of a sense of community. I live on the 2nd floor so there is little privacy or natural light. The gym is convenient (about a 5 minute walk) though it is somewhat small and busy. I feel safe in the building and walking around Westwood village. There are many restaurants and grocery shopping within a short walking distance.

Pros: Close to campus, bus stops, and the heart of Westwood Village.

Cons: Dealing with UCLA Housing Services (rude and unprofessional). Cost is high for a small studio. Thin walls. No temperature control (HVAC is on 24/7).

Convenient, a bit small but has everything I need.

Apartment is pretty good, although a bit small. I don't like that I can't return the furniture that I do not like. My room doesn't have much sunlight either.

Paseo is one of the nicer dorms, I just got stuck with a pretty bad room on the ground floor with no sunlight. Also, I hate the bathroom floor aesthetic. Can't beat being walking distance from campus.

I have been lucky with my roommate and we get along well. The commute to school is very easy. The apartment lacks character given it's student accommodation

Love living in Westwood! 10 minute bus to campus/25 minute walk. Tons of restaurants/shopping nearby. Great if you don't have a car. Would recommend living here as a grad student.

I enjoy my view and the layout is really nice. I prefer gas stoves and am grateful for having one, yet, the burners seem to give off a nauseating gas odor at times that is concerning. Considering the size, it is difficult to cook meals that require a pot and a pan since there is difficult space for both. The lighting is not the best and the random fire alarms that go off can be greatly inconveniencing.

I've stayed in the same apartment at the Paseo for all three years of law school. I have a sizable furnished studio with a nice kitchen area. I don't love the layout of the apartment and wish I had a larger table provided so that I could entertain, but overall I've been very happy. While housing in general has not always been easy to contact, the staff at Weyburn in particular have been responsive, nice, and helpful.
