Great Apartment and Management
This apartment building has outstanding amenities, including a pool, gym, pool table, ping pong table, study spaces and a very responsive staff to any issues you may encounter. The only con is that it is quite expensive compared to other buildings in the area, and may not be worth the price outside of the summer when the pool is open.

Great Location and Amenities but Pricy
I'm currently living here for my 3rd year and have to say the biggest plus is the location, it's nice in Little Italy and close to the Medical District. Depending on the unit the views can be great and sunny. The sound proofing is fantastic from the inside since there are stone walls but it can be noisy from the street outside depending where you ate. The amenities like the gym and pool or nice and the staff and maintenance are pretty friendly and approachable and pretty quickly resolve any work orders. However, even though this building is renovated and has nice and new appliances the building's age sometimes shows, especially with HVAC. I've also heard about issues with roaches but have never noticed them in my years here. This place is PRICEY, especially in the way they charge you extra for utilities such as gas for heat/water, expect to pay an additional $30-80ish per month for a 1bd/1bth in addition to paying for electricity and internet. Accommodating to pets, there is a fee. They do often have move in deals which makes it more affordable so always ask.

Great Apartment and Management
This apartment complex is super nice with tons of great amenities available to residents. This is probably why it is so expensive to live her. The management is super responsive and addresses any issues very promptly. The real downside is that virtually nothing is included in rent, so bills will stack up.

Great Complex with many Amenities!
The building has a ton of great amenities including a pool, fitness center, billiards, ping pong table, laundry room, dry cleaning, free coffee, and study spaces. This is probably what makes the rent so high. The complex is located right off Taylor St. which provides easy access to most of the restaurants and bars in the area. The building management is super easy to work with and get a hold of. All repairs are completed very promptly.

Great location if you're a UIC med student!
I live in SCIO apartments. It is an apartment complex that is really close to the medical district and to the medical school in general. I really like being here, but the only drawback is that they are doing renovations right now and it tends to get a little loud sometimes. But other than that, I've been super content with the value and location.

Rent and neighbourhood
High rent but all facilities available. The apartment is in Safe neighborhood. New construction is causing a lot of problems but the apartments which are renovated are very comfortable and spacious. Swimming pool and gym facilities available. But he management of these apartments should improve.

Expensive rent but Great Facilities
The rent is expensive for the area but it has all the facilities to go with it. It is a very safe area and they have good gym and swimming facilities. New renovated apartments are very comfortable and spacious but he renovation is causing a lot of problems.

Expensive rent
2016 year rent was affordable now it is expensive. I would prefer to stay in downtown with this rent. Also now due to construction going on, there is a lot of noise which disturbs the residents. Also due to which there were many instances wherein there was water cuts many a times.
