High rent but all facilities available. The apartment is in Safe neighborhood. New construction is causing a lot of problems but the apartments which are renovated are very comfortable and spacious. Swimming pool and gym facilities available. But he management of these apartments should improve.

2016 year rent was affordable now it is expensive. I would prefer to stay in downtown with this rent. Also now due to construction going on, there is a lot of noise which disturbs the residents.Also due to which there were many instances wherein there was water cuts many a times.

Located in UIC Medical district, these apartments are in the vicinity of a lot of resourceful places like medical district hospital and healthcare, Costco, jewel osco, and Taylor street (little Italy) is one of the most happening streets in chitown. So many restaurants, events and festivals are always on. Very good maintenance in housing and affordable prices. Swimming pool and gym facilities.

Great place for UIC's students, hospital residents and best for people with pets, very safe and friendly neighbourhood. I love the gym facility, the free yoga classes, studying at the business center, using the barbecue lawn and swimming pool in summer. Great for small families, big well maintained lawns for children to play in the evening.

It's a good apartment if you can afford it. A spacious place to live with a gallery attached which is a good attraction.
But the construction happening all the time is a very bad style. As we are not receiving the pool facility which we paid for and no option for refundable money
