- love the property, well maintained, and they are continually making improvements
- the space you get seems to be a good value for rent

Love it
Been living at the AMLI 300 for 2 years now. Absolutely love it. Even though its near the train, I'm not bothered by it! Love the property, well maintained, and they are continually making improvements (the elevator was just redone!). Overall very happy resident and would recommend!

It's nice to be able to walk to Whole Foods and Trader Joes for groceries. There are a lot of salons and boutique type stores in walking distance. The one downside is that there is no drug store (CVS or Walgreens) in walking distance.
Close to Whole Foods, Trader Joes, West 6th street bars, the townlake YMCA and the trail at Lady Bird Lake! I also work downtown so its a perfect location, and there is plentiful guest parking on the roof!
We are in walking distance to a Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. You can also walk to West 6th street bars. There are a lot of running trails nearby at Zilker Park and along the river.
Cool area, nice shops and restaurants, quick walk to anything downtown, served by several bus lines.
relatively quiet but close to everything, restaurants, bars, downtown, campus. i love it.
Great access to campus metro and <10 minute walk to bars and restaurants on West 6th.
I could not say better things about Clarksville. It's a super cute neighborhood that's just outside of downtown, making the commute light but you don't have to deal with the same amount of noise or traffic. It's a short walk to the lake and running trail. Cute restaurants and a couple bars.
Super convenient commute but not as charming as East Austin neighborhood, for instance.
