Pretty Great
Overall its a great building with friendly residents. Sometimes management can be slow to respond to requests, but they're always working hard. Biggest complaint is that the central HVAC unit is either on AC or Heat for the whole building. This means that there are some days in the beginning of the summer where the heat is still on and some days in the beginning of winter where the AC is still on. This varies year-to-year though depending on whether the temperature fluctuates a lot between weeks. However, Management is very responsive to residents' requests to move to AC or Heat earlier in the season than initially scheduled due to the weather that year.
